Our Objective

" to cultivate a pleasurable refuge 'a home for the mind' then we're able to look objectively and compassionately at the things that may be difficult to look at: the difficult emotions, the difficult circumstances of our lives."
Peter Doobinin

At age 56, I started to develop slipped disc and sought help from 5 Physiotherapists to little avail.

With divine intervention, I bumped into an old friend while attending a wake. He recommended Qigong and taught it to me.

To supplement my Qigong workout, I also incorporated Pilates and Spiritual Mindfulness practice. Within a short time, my lower back strengthened and my pain reduced tremendously. With a comfortable body, my Spiritual Mindfulness practice deepened as well.

I learned that meditation is not just limited to hours of sitting still looking at the mind. I recognized that allowing good ‘Qi’ flow within my body is one of the present moment awareness too.

The Mind is the beginning of everything. Hence nurture and exercise our mind and body through Healing Breath is definitely a good jump start for beginners to have a glimpse of their mind. For seasoned practitioners, “Qigong with Mindfulness” supersede our mindful practice.

The mind is made up of what we feed it. When you think about this, that and fret too much, you set your mind up to be in ignorance and in a constant state of anxiety and body tenses up. Feed it positively, so will be rewarded with abundant bliss.

Mindfulness becomes spiritual, isn’t always quick and easy to make progress due to our concepts. Having practiced for over 26 years in stilling the mind applying Vipassana systems, a mindfulness-based cultivation, I strive to help navigate your journey in a shorter period of time, the difficulties and lessons I have experienced
